Yoga, meditation, breathing, healthy well-balanced meal, enough sleeping, aromatherapy, and exercises are well-known practices to manage effectively stress level. In this article, I would like to mention other science proven successful therapies and activities that work very well for decreasing stress and improving human well-being. All these methods are based on kipping your mind off from cause of stress and removing you from activities and environments that tend to be sources of stress. They help bring focus to positive life experiences and attitude.
